We accept returns. At Rick's by Design, we craft premium, elegant casual wear with a commitment to your satisfaction. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, our returns process is straightforward, respectful of your time, and designed to protect the quality you expect from our brand.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Returned within 30 days of delivery.
Final sale items, monogrammed/customized items, and underwear/lingerie are not eligible for return unless defective.
Gift cards are not returnable.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after processing. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to stock. If the item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
