Canada & Mexico: For our Canadian and Mexican customers, delivery typically takes 10-20 business days. There is a flat shipping fee of $15 to cover international border and tariff costs, but don’t forget that we also provide free shipping on orders over $75, making it easier to shop without additional fees.

United Kingdom: We now ship to the United Kingdom! We aim to process all orders within 24-72 hours (2–4 business days). After processing, delivery to the UK typically takes 10–25 business days, as some items ship directly from our international suppliers and customs clearance can add extra time — please allow for the full timeframe before contacting us. There is a flat shipping fee of $15 on UK orders under $75, and free shipping on UK orders of $75 or more. Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes on United Kingdom orders.

Express shipping: expedited options (such as DHL Express and FedEx) are available at checkout on select products. Availability varies by product — if you don't see an express option at checkout, that item ships via our standard service.

Import Duties and Taxes: We ship to Mexico, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes on Mexico, Canada, and United Kingdom orders.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns. At Rick's by Design, we craft premium, elegant casual wear with a commitment to your satisfaction. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, our returns process is straightforward, respectful of your time, and designed to protect the quality you expect from our brand.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
• Returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Final sale items, monogrammed/customized items, and underwear/lingerie are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Gift cards are not returnable.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after processing. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
• Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to stock. If the item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. We will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us first — we will let you know what to do.

1. Email your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return to support@ricksbydesign.shop.Please include "Return Request" in the subject line.
2. We will reply with return instructions and, if eligible, a prepaid shipping label.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
4. Ship the item back to us. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued.

International Orders

For international orders, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable where applicable, and return shipping may be at your expense unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

United Kingdom Customers

UK customers also have a 14-day cooling-off right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations: you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, contact us first — we will let you know what to do.
